"Buyer" refers to any natural or legal person who uses the Services to purchase goods or services from the Merchant. "Merchant Account" refers to the Merchant's online account used to access and use the Services.
The Services are only available to natural or legal persons who are authorized to enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who do not meet this requirement are not authorized to use the Services.
The Merchant must create a Merchant Account to access and use the Services. The information provided for registration must be accurate, current, and complete. The Merchant is responsible for the security of their Merchant Account and all activities related to it.
The Merchant is authorized to use the Services to accept payments from Buyers in exchange for goods or services sold. The Merchant must provide accurate and complete information about the goods or services sold and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Merchant must pay the applicable processing fees for each transaction processed by the Services, as indicated in the service contract concluded between the Merchant and Notch Pay. The fees can be changed at any time, subject to reasonable notice.
The Merchant acknowledges that Notch Pay owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Services. The Merchant may only use the Services for its business needs and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit them in any way without the prior written consent of Notch Pay.
Through this present, you agree to do nothing that may harm the reputation or image of NOTCH PAY, its activities, its users, its partners, or its representatives. As ambassadors of Notch Pay, our partners also have an obligation to protect the image of Notch Pay and the personal information of its users.
Notch Pay prohibits its users and/or partners from engaging in certain activities, such as violating its terms of service or any other agreement between you and Notch Pay, violating any law, order, or regulation.
Notch Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate this agreement for various reasons, among which: The violation of the present condition of use; The exercise of a fraudulent or illegal activity.
Notch Pay reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our site. It is the Merchant's responsibility to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any changes.
